To restore GFR in response to a sudden increase in MAP (and increase in GFR), some of the renal autoregulatory mechanisms might be activated, others inhibited.  Upon stretching, the myogenic mechanism will be [ Select ] inhibited activated resulting in [ Select ] vasodilation vasoconstriction of the afferent arteriole.  Macula Densa chemoreceptor cells of the [ Select ] LDCT collecting duct EDCT PCT will detect [ Select ] increased decreased sodium concentration in the filtrate, triggering increased release of [ Select ] nitric oxide adenosine and decreased release of [ Select ] adenosine nitric oxide . This signaling contributes to the [ Select ] vasoconstriction vasodilation of the afferent arteriole.  The JG cells of the afferent arteriole experience [ Select ] decreased increased stretch due to the sudden increase in MAP. This [ Select ] activates inhibits renin release. Angiotensinogen [ Select ] will will not be converted to Angiotensin I and Angiotensin I [ Select ] will will not be converted to Angiotensin II. The efferent arteriole [ Select ] will will not experience vasoconstriction.  The result for all these autoregulatory mechanisms combined is to [ Select ] lower raise GFR in response to the sudden increase in MAP. 多重下拉选择题
