A quiz was due last night, but in your town there was a power outage all day and night yesterday and you couldn't access Canvas, so you didn't get to submit any answers.  What's the policy on this?Single choice

A

There are no due dates for the quizzes.  As long as they are completed by the last day of class you can get credit.

B

You get a zero for this quiz.  Thankfully, the lowest quiz grade is dropped.  Also if your quiz grade is lower than your final exam grade, then your whole quiz grade weight gets shifted to the final exam.  Also, after the due date you will still have access to the practice quizzes, with the same questions, for study purposes.  Next time consider submitting earlier just in case something like this happens again.

C

Since the power outage was (hopefully) out of your control, this constitutes a valid basis for getting an extension.

D

You can still submit the quiz within one week, it will just get 10% deducted for being late.
